Questions
The short answers.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. Booking is free; you pay the agreed price plus the service fee when a job completes. TASX Pro is optional and described at purchase.
- When is my card charged?
- A hold is placed when you accept an offer. It is captured only when you confirm the job is done. Cancel before a tasker is dispatched and the hold is released.
- Are estimates binding?
- Estimates are a range computed from real rates. The tasker’s offer is the price. Quotes marked as locked do not change.
- Do taskers pay a fee?
- The service fee is paid by the customer on top of the tasker’s price. Tips go to the tasker in full.
